1General Terms & Intellectual Property

All content, 360° photographic panoramas, software applications, brand logos, codebases, text, graphics, videos, and interactive WebXR modules found on this Site are protected by copyright, trademarks, service marks, international treaties, and proprietary rights under the laws of South Africa.

You agree to abide by all applicable copyright and other laws, as well as any additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in the Service. You acknowledge that the Service has been developed, compiled, prepared, revised, and arranged by VR360 through substantial expenditure of effort and resources.

2Restrictions on Use

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these TOS. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, or upload derivative works from any part of the Service.
• Recirculate, redistribute, or publish our 360° virtual tours, media scans, or photographic assets without explicit written authorization from VR360.
• Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or data extraction scripts to siphon content from our web infrastructure.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair VR360's servers or network infrastructure.

3Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service, including all materials, virtual tours, and software, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall VR360, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, or suppliers be liable to you for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

4Authority and Age of Majority

You represent, warrant, and covenant that you possess the full legal power and authority to enter into this agreement and that you are at least eighteen (18) years old.

5Indemnification

You agree, at your own expense, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VR360, its directors, officers, employees, suppliers, and agents against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any breach of these TOS.

6Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the Province of Gauteng. You submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated within Gauteng for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising from this agreement.

7Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VR360 concerning your use of the Service.
