In order to really appreciate the Virtual Reality tour of the Johannesburg Motor Show 2011 you need to appreciate the fact that this was already done in 2011. The virtual tour consists of more than 12 000 individually shot photographs, which were then stitched together to create a panorama 360° photograph like the Abarth Stand above.
These photographs were then stitched together, and placed into Virtual Reality software to create a virtual reality tour. To view the complete Virtual Reality Tour of the Johannesburg Motor Show you can go to the Johannesburg Motor Show pages.
This complete Virtual Tour was shot in 12 hours with a DSLR camera.
